Led by Michael (vision) and Bob (tech), we created the BizKase app to help sellers build credible, defensible business cases.
We saw how traditional methods favored large companies leaving others struggling to compete.
Our mission is to make the B2B buy/sell process transparent, simple, and focused on customer-defined value—replacing outdated, black-box spreadsheets with scalable, fact-based solutions that build trust and deliver measurable results.

Led by Michael (big business vision) and Ron (big tech brain), we invented and engineered the BizKase app and methodology.

Why
Too often, great sellers - after a long and beautifully executed sales cycle - lose a deal because their business case was either weak, incomplete, lacked credibility, or most often of all, the seller or their team couldn't defend the numbers and lost their prospect's trust.
Trust is critical - we know this - which is why we designed a system that enables you to capture and calculate value in the most credible and defensible way.

Origins
With 25+ years' experience building winning business cases in the enterprise technology enterprise sales space across three continents, we knew the current 50-year old model for building business cases was not working. Why?
Building compelling and defensible business cases is very hard, and few salespeople have the time and skill set to do it well. Instead, the process favours large corporations that can afford expensive value engineering teams. Meanwhile, smaller companies, sometimes with superior products, struggle to compete.
Customers are largely not getting what they need to justify a purchase, nor do they have a way to easily & consistently measure the results they achieve from an investment.

Mission
We will make the B2B buying and selling process transparent, easy to understand, and free from black-box Excel spreadsheets. Our tool puts the customer and their perception of value at the center of the business case.
Put simply, we will build technology to drive a fact-based change in how business understands value. Along the way, we'll continue to have fun and we give back.
